What it is
Relay is Leva Build's AI phone receptionist for Australian trades businesses, answering calls around the clock in an Australian voice. It checks live ServiceM8 availability, captures booking details for the owner to confirm, and texts a summary after every call.
Watch out
- The only free way onto Relay is a time-limited trial of the single $199/month plan — advertised as 7 days on the product, ServiceM8, compare and plumber pages (and as 14 days in two of the vendor's own articles). There is no standing $0 tier, so after the trial window the phone line stops being answered unless the buyer pays the full flat rate.
- The marketing copy says Relay "books the job straight into ServiceM8" and claims "native ServiceM8 job creation", but the ServiceM8 page's own FAQ answers "Does Relay create jobs in ServiceM8 automatically?" with "Not yet." In practice the booking is captured and sent to the owner, who confirms it and creates the job manually. A buyer expecting unattended job creation from the headline will not get it.
