What it is
LetHub's AI Voice Agent is a phone add-on for residential property managers that answers inbound leasing calls, pre-qualifies renters and books showings against live team availability. It runs inside LetHub's leasing platform or standalone, and is still labeled beta.
Watch out
- The AI Voice Agent is published only as "From $49/mo" with a pay-as-you-go alternative. LetHub publishes no per-minute rate, no included minute allowance, no overage rate and no calculator for the voice add-on, while it does publish a full calculator for the platform. A buyer cannot work out what 100 or 500 calls a month would cost without a demo.
- The voice agent's own product page is headed "AI Voice Agent beta" and its pricing FAQ describes a released beta with a few free minutes; the terms of use additionally state the service is in beta-test mode and may crash. Voice cloning is promised in the future tense on a custom plan rather than shipped.
- There is no standing $0 plan. The only free access is a few beta minutes granted after submitting an early-access form, and the pricing FAQ states "No free trial, and payments aren't refundable" with a 30-day opt-out instead.
- LetHub publishes US and Canadian test numbers only, and its terms of use require users to be a U.S. or Canadian resident. A UK, EU or Australian property manager has no published local numbers, no GDPR terms and USD billing; the terms reference only US and Canadian privacy and consumer law.

What it costs at your call volume
Billed per minute1 answer
- What it bills by
Partly
The add-on card publishes a $49/month floor and a pay-as-you-go option, and the beta page describes a monthly minutes plan, so minutes are the unit, but no rate per minute or included allowance is published anywhere on the site.
Their words
Answers every call, qualifies renters, and books showings 24/7. Pay as you go, no contracts.

Their words
The showing is scheduled on that call and written into the workflow.
lethub.coSection: What can an AI voice agent for property management actually do on a call?
- Transfers to a person
Partly
You can instruct the agent to hand the call to you, but the vendor never describes a warm transfer where it briefs the person taking over, and no routing or on-call rules are documented.
Their words
Yes, you can instruct it to collect any sort of information or to transfer the call to you.
lethub.coFAQ, 'Does it collect information?' answer
- After-hours rules
Partly
It answers around the clock, including overnight and weekends, but LetHub publishes no separate after-hours script, routing rule or different behavior for calls outside business hours.
Their words
LetHub's AI voice agent answers rental inquiry calls around the clock.
lethub.coSection: Why Does That Moment Belong to a Human?
- Human receptionists as backup
Partly
The only fallback LetHub describes is a transfer to your own staff when you instruct it; no human answering team sits behind the AI, and the vendor says complex objections still need a person on your side.
Their words
It augments your team on the routine calls. It doesn't replace judgment on the hard ones.
lethub.coSection: What can't an AI voice agent do yet
- Asks your questions
Yes
You set what it collects, and it asks your pre-qualification questions and screening criteria so only qualified callers reach a tour booking; the wording is yours to supply before go-live.

lethub.coFAQ, 'Does it sync with my property management software?' answer
- Texts your callers
Partlyfrom LetHub platform
LetHub's platform answers inquiries by SMS and email as well as phone, and caps automated messages per lead, but the voice add-on itself is not documented as sending or holding a text conversation on its own.

- Free trial or free plan
Partly
The beta shipped with a few free minutes, but only after you submit the early-access form, and the pricing page FAQ states flatly that there is no free trial, so a free run on your real line is not self-serve.
Their words
We've released a beta version which comes with a few free mins and a monthly minutes plan. Please submit the form to get free early access.
lethub.coFAQ, 'How much does it cost?' answer
- Sign up without a sales call
No
There is no online checkout for the voice agent: the beta is gated behind an early-access form and the pricing page routes every buyer to a demo and an onboarding call before going live.
Their words
Please submit the form to get free early access.
lethub.coFAQ, 'How much does it cost?' answer
- Setup fee
Partlyfrom LetHub platform
LetHub charges a one-time onboarding fee starting at $199 on the platform; the pricing page does not say whether the standalone voice add-on carries that fee or any fee of its own.
Their words
Yes — there's a one-time onboarding fee that typically starts at $199.
lethub.coFAQ, 'Are there any setup fees?' answer
- Contract and cancelling
Partly
The voice add-on is sold with no contract, but the platform it normally sits inside is a 12-month commitment billed monthly, and the terms impose a six-month cancellation fee on 6- and 12-month terms.

lethub.coFAQ, 'Can it clone by voice?' answer
