Good to know
Watch out
- The vendor states it supplies phone numbers and service only in the United States and Canada, with the EU named as future expansion. A UK, EU or Australian business gets no local number; the GBP price page (en-gb) repeats the same US-and-Canada limit, so the pounds pricing does not imply UK service.
- The only free way in is a 7-day trial capped at 30 minutes of live calls on the plan you pick. There is no standing $0 plan: the cheapest ongoing option is Essential at $14 a month, and the trial ends on day 8 unless a card is added.
- Each plan is a fixed monthly minute pool (75 on Essential, 100 on Starter, 350, 1,000 on Business). When it is exhausted the receptionist stops answering new calls until the next billing cycle unless Booster Pack minutes have been bought at $0.25 each; the vendor warns at 80% by email and text.
- HIPAA compliance and Business Associate Agreements for healthcare accounts are listed among features the vendor is still building, so no plan or add-on carries a BAA today. Medical, dental and therapy practices taking patient calls have no signed agreement available at any tier.
